LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — On Tuesday, the Los Angeles Police Department announced the arrest of four members of a group that they allege are behind a string of burglaries that targeted the homes of celebrities and athletes.

According to the Los Angeles Times, police said the four individuals were arrested after a break-in at the at the San Fernando Valley home of L.A. Rams player Robert Woods during a game last week.

Tyress Lavon Williams, 19; Damaji Corey Hall, 18; and Jshawne Lamon Daniels, 19, were arrested after fleeing Wood’s home on Friday. Hall’s mother Ashle Jennifer Hall, 34, was also subsequently arrested on suspicion of grand theft.

Police believe the group was responsible for other recent burglaries, including those targeting the homes of L.A. Dodgers player Yasiel Puig, singer-actresses Rihanna and Christina Milian among others.

During a news conference, LAPD Capt. Lillian Carranza said that investigators discovered a list in the home of one of the alleged burglars that appeared to be a list of future targets that included the homes of LeBron James, Viola Davis and Matt Damon, the Times reported.

During the press conference, Carranza described the burglar’s alleged technique “flocking.”

“They flock like birds to areas where the rich and famous resided,” Carranza said, per the Times. “Once a potential target home was selected, a larger vehicle would be utilized to give the suspects the opportunity to change into more comfortable clothing and hoodies to avoid being recognized and cart away the stolen goods.”

LAPD investigators suspect that the alleged rin targeted athletes and other public figures during times when they would be away from their homes.
